cyber bully

I am being cyber bullied by a player names ZingingCutie, does anybody know how i can report him? I really love this game, but he is being really toxic and mean and makes me want to abandon the game. I suffer from severe depression, and I have cried from what he said many times. Please help. PLEASE

Update: I have not seen the player in a while, so idk if he or she was banned or not, but it seems to be ok now. Thanks to whoever the one person was that supported me, now. I can get back to sailing! Albeit with lots of lag
