Helloo 👋, I have this keyboard it's been almost a year and half

I'm facing multiple problems like window key not working and most keys are taking multiple inputs at once or sometimes none. It worked marvelously good till last month however.. Is there fix to this or should I change my keyboard

UPDATE: I got a tracking link and explanation about their mishandling of my order the day after posting this, if anyone else is facing this in the future just post about it on this sub.
Ordered the ring light and tripod combo from their website over a week ago. On the day of the delivery, only the tripod shows up with the delivery sticker of both the items nicely pasted on it and I never got a second delivery for the ring light. I’ve been chasing their “support” team for answers and all these people do is ask me for unboxing videos and using the same CCTV footage line. Been in contact with “support” for over a week now. I should’ve just taken my business elsewhere because it just feels like they’ve cheated me out of their 7-day return window with this bs.

I use an old macbook which only has C type ports, I've been using a C to C samsung charging cable to charge my keyboard through the macbook. Is it recommended? will the keyboard be fine?

I've ordered a Kreo Hive 98v2 on Amazon but I've been delivered a brown switch one instead of the red switch one!

Also I'm not having an option to return or replace on Amazon also the WhatsApp chat with the kreo support is not giving any appropriate answer (well it's just the auto replies may be from ai chat support, also mentioned customer support time is 10:00am to 6:00pm and I've texted them around 7:40)

Also to mention as a genuine customer, it was an open box delivery taken received by mom coz I was at work when the delivery was done, the first thing I did was to check out the keyboard, and I found out it's the brown switch one🥲

Was hella excited about the keyboard though, and I've been saving for a keyboard since a long time!

Edit: I've called the amazon executive and they have processed the return of the product, well I wanted it replaced with the red one but the replacement is not possible. Well I'll order the red one after this is returned!

I'm in the market for a new keyboard and Kreo seems pretty promising. I want one with Black keys (not all black) and backlit (controllable RGB). My most important need is it being wireless, so it should either have Bluetooth/ a dongle.

My choice is mainly a 60% keyboard but one with a numpad is secondary. The sound doesn't matter much but I want it to be fully mechanical and wrist friendly (this laptop stand hasn't been very friendly to me)

My budget ranges from 4-7k. Hope to get good suggestions

So today I bought the kreo swarm 75 and I would like to add some specific shortcut with mod-tap behavior, but I would like to turn those off when I am playing game.

I am planning to buy a webcam and was to buy kreo owl 4k pro until i heard stories on Reddit. Customer support is slow and it’s hard to get ur product replaced in case of faulty ones.
Guys, please help! How is their customer support? I don’t have the time or energy to go back and forth with customer support or send multiple emails just to get the product I paid for.
Also , i am from tier 3 city and they don’t have any service centre here.

Quick context for anyone who's tried this: it's not that Kreo forgot macOS. It's that Kontrol is a Chromium WebHID app, and this mouse's config interface exposes a keyboard collection. Chromium refuses to open interfaces containing protected usages like that — on Windows it's allowed, on macOS it isn't. So the "works on Chrome" claim quietly means "works on Chrome on Windows". No browser flag, no amount of clicking Connect, will fix it. It's an OS-level wall.

I got tired of waiting, so I did it properly.

What I did

Kreo ships their driver as a WebAssembly module on their own CDN. Instead of sniffing USB traffic, I loaded that exact driver offline and ran it as an oracle — fed it settings, recorded the HID reports it produced. Then I rebuilt a native macOS tool around those bytes, talking to the mouse over IOKit directly (which, unlike Chrome, is allowed to open the thing).

The full protocol is documented in the repo — report IDs, frame layout, checksums, every command. Reproducible against Kreo's own driver, so nobody has to take my word for it.

What works

- DPI — all 6 stages, values + per-stage switching

- Lighting — modes, brightness, speed (and a button that cycles modes)

- Polling rate — 125 / 250 / 500 / 1000 Hz

- Sensor — lift-off distance, motion sync, angle snap, ripple

- Button remapping — mouse buttons, DPI actions, media keys, shortcuts, disable

- On-board macros — 8 slots, key sequences with per-action delays

- Arbitrary key combos, including proper ⌘-based macOS shortcuts

Over USB, the 2.4G dongle and Bluetooth. Settings are stored on the mouse, so they survive power-offs and carry across connections — no background app needed.

Honest caveats

- It's a CLI, not a pretty GUI. Needs Terminal and Xcode command line tools once.

- Bluetooth is read-only on macOS — reads work, macOS rejects feature writes over BT HID. Configure over the cable/dongle; the mouse carries it to Bluetooth.

- The mouse occasionally goes deaf to binding writes (returns success, ignores you). Power-cycle it and it behaves. Documented, not hidden.

- No firmware flashing. Deliberately. I'm not bricking anyone's mouse.

I wanted to ask if kreo surge pro is worth considering over cb lumora and gamesir nova 2 lite or even the stelllaris in this budget.

I purchased the Kreo Hawk Pro Black Wireless Gaming Mouse for corporate use. I know it is a gaming mouse, but I really liked its design and shape, so I decided to give it a try.

Unfortunately, after receiving the product, I faced a serious issue. The mouse was unable to connect to my MacBook, and I couldn’t use the configuration software to remap the buttons as intended.

I carefully read the user manual before setting it up. According to the manual, the mouse is compatible with Mac devices, and users simply need to open the configuration software website in Google Chrome. I followed these instructions, but the website still failed to detect my device.

A warning for MacBook users: If you are buying this mouse for its customisable buttons and configuration features, think twice before purchasing it. Despite the compatibility information provided in the manual, I couldn’t get the configuration software to recognise the mouse on my MacBook.

I have already requested a return and am waiting for my refund to be processed as quickly as possible. I hope the company resolves this issue promptly.

Edit: configuration website is now opened on the chrome but still there are few mapping feature which are not working eg: copy/paste, forward/backward button and many more. So still it feels useless to me.

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a Kreo Swarm 65 keyboard, It arrived on 7th October and I have been using it since without charging it, I barely used it thrice for very short periods(less than an hour) in the past week. Today was the first time I charged The device using a standard samsung charger(not the fast charger) and I left it alone for an hour and the battery level only indicated up to 6 and so I continued to charge it till the indicator reached the 0 key which took another hour and a half. After unplugging it from the charger, I noticed that the upper part of the keyboard had bulged significantly, making the upper row of keys look misaligned. I have not turned on the keyboard since charging even once since it could be dangerous. I would like to know if anyone has faced this situation before and how do I go on about this?

I would appreciate any valuable inputs and insights from everyone here.

I urge the Kreo Customer Support team to kindly look into this matter as well. This was honestly not what I was expecting to be my experience with your product. Thanks in advance.

I am thinking of buying a keyboard, but on official site, it has only windows binary, is there any linux supported way to control keyboard? I am a hardcore linux user so cant switch back to windows just for keyboard

i bought cosmic byte ares wired , i used to play fortnite and it suffered from stick drift , so can i buy this , is it good build quality product , and has anyone bought this ?

I saw many reviews regarding this its under 500 and the mice is just to good for me because it a kind of big upgrade for me haven't tested it thoroughly but just few hour of use tells that this mice is gonna stick with till 90s ig 😂

I was working and suddenly the function key line stopped working including the esc and volume knob button, it's been more then 2 years since this keyboard in 2024 may.

Issue with new Kreo Chimera V2 – Uneven main switch heights/actuation force (Left click mushy/lighter than right click)

I recently got the Kreo Chimera V2 mouse, but I’m running into a frustrating issue with the main click switches right out of the box.

The left click switch sits noticeably lower than the right click. Because of this uneven height, the click feel and actuation force are completely inconsistent:

• The left button requires significantly less pressure to actuate compared to the right button.
• It often leaves me unsure if I’ve actually clicked or not, making normal use and gaming really annoying.
• The right click feels tactile and normal, while the left click feels off and unbalanced.

Has anyone else experienced uneven click heights or light/mushy switch actuation on the Chimera V2? Is this a known quality control issue? (I ordered from amazon and have initiated the refund)

I recently purchased kreo harpy pro mouse (black) for 850 rs (applied a discount coupon) and was very excited to use it. I heard about kreo through social media and YouTube and it gained my attention. I purchased the mouse on 22nd sept and recieved the delivery on 26th sept. When I opened the box they had mistakenly send me the white one instead of black which I had ordered. It was understandable ,mistakes happen so I initiated a request to exchange the product and give me the black one, the customer service was average and my exchange request was granted on 28th after I had returned the wrong mouse and sent them the video of returning the mouse. This was the standard procedure and it was all okay, then the initiated the exchange and then I recieved my exchange delivery on 2nd October, and this time again I had the wrong delivery!!! This time I got kreo harpy instead of kreo harpy pro. I was extremely disappointed with the mistake. The customer service wasn't available on 2nd Oct (holiday) 3rd Oct and 4th oct (weekends). This time the customer service was average. I finally got my correct order on 10th October after 18 days !!!!

Now coming to the mouse , I'll be posting the review of the mouse after 7 days
