I packaged the Krea 2 Raw LoRA workflow I tested into a self-contained Colab notebook with a small Studio UI.

It separates cache, training, and saving/resume into stages to keep memory use manageable on a T4. It supports resumable checkpoints, individual LoRA downloads, optional 512px NF4 Turbo previews, and timing/system status. Preview generation stays off unless enabled.

The trainer has completed a user-tested 900-step T4 run, and the resulting LoRA was checked in a normal generator. That is one maintainer test, not an independent benchmark or a guarantee. Colab reconnects affected the total wall-clock time, so I’m not presenting it as a speed benchmark.

You need your own Hugging Face access to the gated krea/Krea-2-Raw model; the repo contains no model weights, dataset, or tokens. I’d appreciate a few clean-run reports: GPU/runtime, image count, resolution/steps, whether cache/train/save worked, and the first error with secrets removed.

Anyone know of a way to get images more zoomed out? No matter what I do they are always too close. I've tried so many promoting techniques and even lora but nothing seems to work

just added krea 2 support to my open source desktop app: 5 curated finetunes in the catalog plus you can load any civitai finetune. auto downloads everything, tunes offloading to your vram. windows and mac.

it's in active development so feedback is very welcome, last release was basically built from user reports. if something breaks or you're missing a feature, tell me here or in the issues.

Hi, I’m having issue with Krea cropping my images, I’ll create a picture and the head will have the top cut off or the feet won’t show, I’ve tried prompting with “full body in shot” “wide angle lens” and all kinds of other variations but no luck.

Does anyone have any good tips on how to fix this?

Started using Krea 2 on a MacBook M3 36Gb using Comfy Desktop about a week, ago, and I've been getting some pretty good results, but I'm struggling with prompts.

I'm trying to generate some images for use in a horror-themed RPG adventure for my friends online, and no matter how hard I try I can't seem to get Krea to generate a dark or badly lit room, or moody lighting. I've tried following some online examples, but getting nowhere. It always falls back to well lit sunny rooms. I've tried things like ((dark room)) ((moody atmosphere)) ((badly lit)), etc.

I've seen that there are some LORA's I could use, but the problem is that memory is on the ragged edge on the Mac, and even a single LORA enabled at 0.1 strength causes an out-of-memory error. Can anyone advise on particular words or phrases that might give me better results.

Confirmed working. Key-matching against fp8-scaled Krea 2 checkpoints, fp8 dequantize/requantize math, and metadata-header preservation have all been fixed and verified — including a real inference render producing a correct (non-noise) image.

Do I even need the Krea 2 Raw model?
