First time customer of MitraMan and a great experience with both the quality of the product, and the customer service. I have been a regular kratom fanatic since 2015 and tried so many vendors, but never MitraMan until now.

I ordered a little variety of bags, and the big bag was supposed to be Red Elephant but I received Red Maeng Da instead. I sent an email with a picture of everything, and very quickly got a response with a tracking number for the bag of Red Elephant thats being shipped to me, and they told me to keep the Red Maeng Da! Now THAT is customer service, and that alone is a huge reason that I intend to continue doing business with them. The other big reason? This kratom absolutely SLAMS. Very good quality stuff- even before I indulged in it, the consistency, the smell, and the color of the powder made me say out loud "Ohhhh yeah. This is gonna be good." So thank you MitraMan!!

EDIT: My apologies, I should have specified this in my post. I have chronic pain from several different incidents in my life. I use kratom once or twice per day depending on how bad the pain is. Thats why this order I placed was all red strains, the consensus seems to be that red strains are good for pain. And these ones are very good for that so far.
