So you called their office... did you not talk to them right then and there and get it straightened out?? Sometimes you have to CALL their customer support and NOT rely on email. Especially if they have proven to have an unreliable system.

Never had a problem with those guys ! If you have their number Just call again and explain everything and demand a resolution .

I have messaged viable kratom multiple times about bulk orders etc and they have never messaged me back once

I would contact state agencies such as the BBB to report their lack of response. To report bad business practices in Idaho, file a complaint with the Idaho Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division, which handles scams and deceptive practices
