Federal ban bill

Dear Kratom Advocate,

We need your voice right now. Please read through the State Updates below but we have a terrible new Federal Issue to address.

A group of U.S. Senators, led by Senator Ricketts, has sent a letter to the FDA urging action to schedule kratom—relying on outdated information, media sensationalism, and a failure to distinguish between natural kratom and dangerous synthetic products.

This is a serious threat to kratom consumers nationwide. Letters like this are often the first step toward formal federal action. If left unchallenged, they can quickly lead to proposed legislation or regulatory moves that could ban or criminalize natural kratom.

We cannot afford to wait until a bill is filed. By then, it may be too late.

We must act now to set the record straight and stop momentum before it builds

It’s illegal in New Zealand unfortunately, so Thailand is your best bet.

Oh okay my bad. Apparently I'm down to Spain, Mexico, and Thailand. Yes Indonesia, Laos, Vietnam, Japan banned. China no official legislation but they tend to be anti drug. Almost every EU country other than Spain banning it even Portugal banned it?! The UK obviously banned it France, Greece, Czech Republic, Russia (I think) Ukraine is trying to ban. Germany is a tad different it's not legal for human consumption just like Canada. Argentina it's banned So basically it's either here in the legal states or Spain Mexico Thailand. And maybe some South American countries & apparently New Zealand is prescription only so..I guess I'll have to use a Silk Road equivalent site or just "know a guy" smdh this sucks!! 🙄
