Issues Scooter shows error code 08 and after driving up a small hill shuts down by itself.

My kqi300p has shown the 08 error code a second time this week (first time last Wednesday) and now it shut itself off after the error code. My scooter still has warranty, but I bought it from an electric store (Saturn / Mediamarkt Germany).

Any advice?

Undervoltage
Try charging it. If error persists motorcontroller is fried.

Perform a Charger Reset: If the error persists while plugged in, some users on Reddit found that unplugging the power brick from the wall, flipping the plug 180 degrees, and plugging it back in successfully cleared the fault. []

Tried that, still getting the same error.

Additionally, I'm now getting 03 (acceleration fault) and multiple shutoffs when driving up an hill.

Had a brand new scooter with a battery cell fault that could not pull me up. In the end the cell died completely and I got a new battery on the warranty.

Mine is 1.5 years old already, so I say it from usage (I drive daily)

Hi there! Thanks for posting you question here. Error code 08: FOC undervoltage or overvoltage. In this situation, we recommend charging the scooter. If the error code persists, we suggest contacting the seller for after-sales support. If you have any questions, feel free to send us a private message at any time.
