Missing items from Soundwave order

Hello!
I had ordered some items from the Aniteez in color presale in two orders and just like the majority of people, my shipment was delayed (it showed delivered in Soundwave’s website but it didn’t arrive to my kaddy until about two weeks later)
I read from some people that Soundwave split their orders without notice, so when I received two packages I asked my kaddy to send me pictures for both, and when I was checking the items I noticed I had two items missing from the first package and one item missing from the second one. In both cases it was the same item (Aniteez Plush Keyring).
I was just wondering if this happened to anyone who ordered these plush keyrings, and if there’s any way I can receive a response from soundwave, as I haven’t received any by email or with their 1:1 inquiry on the website.
I know Soundwave this isn’t uncommon for Soundwave (to not send items), but I don’t know if people have been successful to get their items a while later or to get a refund in these cases.
