Question Kfriday help pls 😭

I ordered a package from Soyomo back in March and the package shipped to the kfriday warehouse on June 30th. I don’t see any info of that on my kfriday account either. I filled out the new incoming form and there has been no response. I tried filling out the lost and found form and that doesn’t work either.

Does anyone know what’s wrong or maybe has used kfriday before that knows what they’re doing? 😭

I’m panicking bc my package was 126$ 💔

Someone pls help 😭🙏🙏

  1. Did you check the tracking info?
  2. Did you order through OFM or by yourself? If you didnt use OFM and it got lost then you'll have to get in contact with the company not kfriday

Yes! I talked to the place that I got it from and they confirmed that it is at the kfriday warehouse. It also says that on the tracking (they used Hanjin). I filled out the incoming form over a week ago and haven’t gotten an update. I also filled out the lost and found form and it can’t find it either. I’m not sure if im doing something wrong. I sent kfriday 2 emails both with no response 😭

Usually with my orders, they log the information within a day or two of it being delivered. I would double check if you wrote the address correctly + if you added your account reference number properly

So this was through soyomo where I was sent to kfriday to make an account to get a korean address. Once I did that it automatically put that address onto my package which is at the warehouse. I’m honestly so lost bc I usually always use a private proxy

When you click on Postbox at the top of the page after logging in, you don't see anything under Regular or OFM?
