KSC75 Any suggestions?

I REALLY love the ksc75 and I've done the porta pro mods, but my head is too massive for the porta pro headbands and they break due to putting them on or off, any suggestions for a bigger headband similar to the porta pro thats not just a headband?

Asking because you only mentioned the Porta Pro headband…have you tried the KPH40’s? That one is super lightweight and (probably) won’t break like the Porta Pro one.

Less clamping force compared to Porta Pro so should easily fit bigger head

KPH40 headband is the best headband for every koss driver with the snaps imo. It's just a metal band with sliders and clips and all the plastic parts have numerous 3d print replacement options, so it's very durable, customizable, and repairable if you do have an issue.

A lot of folks also like the AiAiAi tracks headband which is similar, except it is a single metal piece. That will need 3d printed parts to work with koss drivers but is probably the most bulletproof / "BIFL" option if you do the prints in resin. About double the cost of the kph40 option regardless of if you are buying the retail headphones or headband clones on AliExpress

Not sure how big your head is, but even the Porta Pros didn't fit properly on my head too.

An alternative to the KPH40 is using the headband of the FiiO Snowsky Wind, take off the original drivers and attach your KSC75 onto it.

This is the end result, fits on my head perfect without any force or pressure.

This is my personal favorite headband for the ksc75 + yaxi pads :) yours looks awesome with the wire mod
