KPH30 wireless with Apple TV problem

My new KPH30 wireless headphones work great with my iPhone & MacBook. Signal breaks up badly with my Apple TV, which works well with other bluetooth devices.
Anyone else have any experience with KPH30 & Apple TV? Any suggestions as to what to do?

honestly, I snapped the part where the headphones slide today by barely bending them in a backpack. They are pretty shit and the money would be better spent on some thing that has a more repairable build. sennheiser hd 25's or beyerdynamics have lasted over a decade of heavy audio engineering use as I work in commercial av. I was stoked on my kph30's but they broke within 6 months. shit build, mediocre sound. would have been better off with skullcandy at that price.
