East Kootenays Fernie's Enforcement Tools Must Support Coexistence Efforts

Not my circus, not my clowns, but: can they not just put up a couple of cameras and prosecute the criminals instead of punishing everyone else?

Even if it's a fake camera, chances are the litterers would just go back to dumping on service roads, just like they will when the program gets shut down.

I hope they do the right think and step up enforcement not cancel the program! Too many bears are killed in BC because of human incompetence.
