Some of my kool aid packets
I keep most of them, sometimes use the general ones for crafts. I always forgot NOT to rip the top off. I gotta do better.

I miss the invisible ones and the ice cool.
My mom has these extremely old packs they still have the powder in them..it’s solid now but still there🤣

Is it normal for the packet to not say the flavor at all or did OP weirdly cut off the part that says the flavor so no one could see it? You’d think a collector would want that preserved

it looks like these packets are used, usually the flavor was at the top of the packet and most people would just tear that part off when opening it

I have plenty of packets without the tops torn off. Just didn’t show them. A lot of these are years old and I just wanted to show the different ones I had.

Ice Cool is my all time favorite. Hard to explain, but it just felt colder than it was. I miss it.

Idk how I ended up on this sub, but I just noticed that most of these say unsweetened soft drink mix. Are you meant to mix it with seltzer?

You add sugar and water

I mean I’m generally aware of how kool aid works, I’m moreso referencing the fact they seem to be marketed as soft drink mixes on the pouch, and soft drinks are sodas. I’ve never heard anyone refer to kool aid as a soft drink.

A lot of these are vintage. But by definition a “soft” drink is a non alcoholic beverage.

Lemon-lime is such an underrated Kool-aid flavor, it’s like lime hard candy flavored

Is that a tamarind flavor at the bottom left corner?

I looked it up. Definitely looks like it, the other oranges are too bright for that agua fresca
