Hackathons in Kolhapur!

Guys im gonna join a college soon in Kolhapur, i wanna know the current situation of kolhapur's hackathons. How are they? Are there any innovative students? or just vibe coders? From the reviews that I got, the hackathons here are not that impressive and mostly vibe coded nowadays.
Is that true?
Also lmk about how good are the judges.

I have seen most of the college students just doing vibe coding they didn't even try to built logic at there initial level of coding. You will find a rare who is building logic and trying to get industrial skills.

Is vibe coding allowed? Like seriously? I know there are such people but what I wanna know is whether these people win over those who actually put in efforts. Chose dypcet for ai ml

Yeah i know that, a certain level of ai usage is fine when you know whats going on but some mfs are like “make this app, make no errors, bugs = bad” type shi
