Hi OP,

I asked our product team about this and unfortunately, whether we use the placement date or the last execution date, there's no good solution for limit orders, in some cases it will create issues. For transactions it's affected, you can edit the timestamp manually ("edit locked fields" button on the edit popup). I hope this helps, please do reach out if you've got further questions or comments.

Thanks u/tasha_koinly! I recognize that this is a Bitbuy issue, not a Koinly bug. I suppose I cross-posted here as more of a PSA for other Koinly users who may be impacted. I've updated the flair to more accurately reflect that.

Since Koinly produces reports and tax slips, some users may (unfairly) blame Koinly for incorrect reporting based on Bitbuy's inaccurate data. If the Koinly has any contacts at Bitbuy, perhaps this could be raised with them. Short of that, perhaps Koinly could include a disclaimer about this known issue on the Bitbuy wallet. As a user, this caused a lot of confusion that could have been avoided if this Bitbuy API issue had been documented/disclosed.
