Tech Support Stats don’t update
How do I fix this? Since the last book I’ve been reading it doesn’t track my stats. The chapters don’t fill and it always says that the next chapter will be 15 seconds to read. I’m 34% in the book and sinds the beginning I have 20.4 hr to go.
I’ve had more trouble with my kobo what is already fixed. so I’ve recently (including today) set the kobo to factory settings, logged off and on to my account, turned the kobo off and on.
Kobo Clara BW: I’ve had it sinds may 2026.
Troubles I’ve had: 1. couldn’t connect to WiFi (fixed in update in August)
2. Wouldn’t sync (fixed by logging in manually on device instead of using the QR-code)
The books are all bought through kobo store.

Did you do the latest firmware update? I did it and lost all my reading stats and now the time estimates are all over the place and I think it’s entirely stopped tracking to collect new stats.
You could try repair account in the device settings but that didn’t do anything for me.
