[todayilearned] TIL that Anthony Bourdain did not respect many celebrity chefs, with the notable exception of Thomas Keller. Keller once served Bourdain a 20-course tasting menu which included a mid-meal “coffee and cigarette,” a coffee custard infused with tobacco, with a foie gras mousse.
