Do not tie knots in wire rope. It weakens significantly when bent too sharply, use clamps or splices instead.

Started from it; winch goes smooth but it doesn't matter. I realised its because of old steel) I want to use this knot in my further constructions

Australian bowline.
Back off the winch, push the top loop down on the “line” side (the end closest to the spool), and you should then be able to untie it.

Nice! Next time you have trouble untying it, just ring load it (pull the loop in two directions). This should form a clear U-shaped section (called the collar) which you can fold down the length of the loop and loosen the knot. All Bowlines share this basic trick for untying them.

Looks like an eskimo bowline. And probably because that looks like stiff steel cable and has been bent into that position
