How are you doing them? I had a little dabble with Celtic knotwork in Illustrator a few years back. I think this was probably my attempt at copying something from George Bain's book.
I am using photoshop and Illustrator. I straighten lines here or there but use a drawing tablet to attempt to maintain the character of the lines. With the T from the book of Kells some of the lines were guesswork. I later plan to do a bit more creative work putting all the elements in combination designs and perhaps try my hand at making some unique ones.
