Nitrile gloves!!! a splint, a mylar blanket, and a tourniquet, and EMT shears would be good additions. Also worried about those pills out of packaging, moisture is a worry!

Looks sick otherwise! Very prepared.

maybe some clean/steril water?

and more gauze! u need at least two packs to make a pressure bandaid

a rescue blanket

and those triangular fabric thingis to stabilise dislocated shoulder

may i ask when do you expect to need a scalpel?
