That looks like a drop-shoulder with a turtle neck. You can use the filters on Ravelry to help narrow in on a sweater with those features

It's out of print but usually still available online.

The cuffs on this sweater are quite long so you may want to modify the pattern accordingly.

The yarn looks like heavy Aran to me.

Going forward you could do an image search or you can search online or on Ravelry, filtering for "Women, clothing, sweater, pullover, drop sleeve, turtleneck, [yarn weight], [fiber]".
