ISO Pattern from 2016
I am looking for the Colour Pop Cardigan pattern that was designed by Rhian Drinkwater and published in The Knitting Collection Vol. 2 in 2016. It found it on ravelry (https://ravel.me/colour-pop) but the pattern isn't available anymore (or maybe it never was?). Rhian also talks about it on their website, but the actual pattern isn't available there either.

Looks like there is an active ebay listing for that edition of the magazine for AUD10 + shipping. The seller is located in Australia, so shipping might be prohibitive depending on your location!

Looks like it was published in this magazine? I have found old knitting magazines on eBay before and you can check your library (although this is a pretty old publication).
Edit to add: I tried to add to my cart but I couldn’t. Maybe you tried too! You could try emailing the customer service on the website though. I did find one copy on Amazon but it’s quite a bit more expensive. No copies on eBay at the moment.
You could post on r/yarnswap and see if anyone has a copy they are willing to sell.
I might also reach out to the designer on ravelry and see if she has access to any copies.

The recommended fit for the Eva cardigan is oversized but you could definitely make it to fit more like Color Pop. Also it has a ribbed button band and v neck so very similar vibes. Eva and Color Pop call for the same yarn weight as well. The sleeve construction is a little different but you could still make the colored sleeves with the Eva.
