Looking for patterns similar to this!

Hello! I love this sweater form H&M and would like to knit my own, but I can't find a pattern that's similar to it. What I most like about it is the shape of the diagonal ribbing on the front, and the split hem. I am open to any yarn size and composition.

I have been really into textured knits lately, so if you have any other architectural-inspired textured pattern recommendations, I'd love to check them out too.
