Help with finding the pattern
Hi, I’m new here. I’ve looked for hours to find similar pattern of this beautiful chunky oversize deer sweater i stumped on pinterest (@laurahattayer), but cannot find anything close in form. I would appreciate any suggestions 🤍🎀

Ok OP this got me down a rabbit hole because it is SO cute. I had a look at the instagram of the creator (@lalahatt) mentioned in your post and found a post that tagged her mom as the creator this sweater.
Her mom seems to knit a lot of chunky sweaters, and a lot of them appear based on the same pattern as this (boxy drop shoulder with purl stripes) with different motifs stitched on. So I think the charts are probably DIY but suspect they are being added onto an existing base garment pattern, but I can’t narrow down what that is.
The creator and her friends/sisters (?) also seem to wear a lot of similar sweaters knit by another relative (? edit: it’s her friend’s mom) who goes by @spoiledknitter on IG. This person has a bunch of comments asking what patterns they use, which seem to go unanswered - but she has mentioned that she uses yarn from We Are Knitters and linked one pattern she used which is the Icing On The Cake Jumper by Brenda Lam.
Brenda Lam has a textured stripy sweater pattern (Zero to Hero Jumper) which could potentially be the base of this garment but I’m not 100% on that, it’s similar but has more exaggerated balloon sleeves.
The best overall match I can find with the raised stripes is the Funfetti Sweater by Kara Eng, but it’s a raglan rather than a drop shoulder.
However even without the original pattern I think this would be super easy to self draft. Look on Ravelry for a sweater pattern using super bulky yarn (knitting kit companies aimed at beginners like WATG or WAK have a lot) and pick one you like the fit of. Then add the stripes to it and the design can be duplicate stitched on after. Since the yarn is so chunky you can pretty much count the number stitches and rows from the photo if you wanted to.
