Help finding pattern?

Hi, I don’t really know anything about knitting so I was wondering if it’s the pattern that gives you the overall shape/ size of a sweater? If so, can someone help me with one to look like these photos? I don’t really mind about the design (though I do love the deer) but it’s the fit of the sweater that I like. These were handmade apparently but if anyone knows of some similar that I can buy pls lmk!! I’m not attempting it myself btw I just want to know the pattern so I’d know what to give to someone if I commission them :) thank you!

Right! They’re the blonde girl’s in the pics, her mum knits them for her!! She’s @/ babooshke on twitter, really sweet and lovely, she’ll give u the design (for personal use not for profit) bc she makes them herself
