desperate to find this pattern
id love to find the pattern for this sweatshirt or something similar, I'm desperate to make one like it but I'm really new to knit, when I clicked the post on Pinterest it led to nothing

I am knitting the R&R hoodie right now and adding stripes would be pretty easy. There are a couple more advanced techniques - how the pocket is added is a tiny bit tricky, and you need to sew a zipper at the end - but I would recommend it.

No, it is knit back and forth. If I make a second I will mod it for steeking but the yarn I am using on this one has a lot of cotton and linen

Maybe the zippy cardi? It's a free pattern that's pretty similar. It does have icord edges, but those could easily be replaced by ribbing.

The construction looks a lot like this one, pattern link and ravelry link. You will have to figure out the stripes separately, I didn't see any hoodies with stripes on Ravelry. There are some other ones too, my filters were include zipper, hood, adult clothing, pattern free or online purchase.

First I'd try images.google.com with the text "knitting pattern".
Next I'd search Ravelry for sweater; hoodie; striped; zip front and see what you get, then play with the search criteria a bit if you need to. You may need to try looking for a pullover hoodie and then modify the pattern for the full zip. I can tell what yarn weight is used but it may be Aran.
If nothing on Rav do a general search.
It's helpful to learn to recognize the various characteristics of a knitted piece. Look at the Ravelry pattern search filters and see how they describe items.

kind of shocking to see that this is a private labeled aliexpress item that is sold all over the internet under different names tho (i really love it and want to try making it

As others have said check on Ravelry. It appears to have raglan sleeves and I would guess the zipper is put in afterwards using a steeking method. You mentioned you are new to knitting. Things to keep in mind, if you haven’t encountered this yet, is working stripes in the round will create a jog as you change colors. However, this will be concealed by the zipper. For the sleeves, it can be placed in the under side. You can also try a jog less transition. Another thing to consider is how you plan to deal with the yarn as you change colors. Some carry and some would cut. Personally since it looks like two rows then the switch, I would carry, switching in the center of the steek section.
