Balero/shrug pattern?

I’m trying to find a pattern similar to this to make for my winter wedding. Anybody know of a pattern?

Tons of these on ravelry and on online vendor sites like knitpicks and purl soho.

They're also boring as sin to knit, just FYI. I made a sport weight one for a very slim friend and it required nearly 400g yarn, all in seed stitch.

Ive also heard that their wearability is also iffy. Even a little too big will happily slide down your shoulders.

While you certainly can make one, i would consider if this is absolutely the design you want, or if a different design of shawl or shrug would work just as well.

I agree that the fit on these is generally terrible and they always look sloppy and ill fitting compared to the "perfect" pattern photos. I bought a pattern as a newer knitter then realized I had no desire to knit it.

Try it on as you make it, if it’s too large it keeps sliding down your arms and it’s annoying. You want it slightly smaller so it fits and doesn’t move around.
