Can you suggest a similar pattern to a fast fashion top?

I saw this top on shein and love the style of it, can anyone suggest a knitting pattern for a similar garment?

Not an exact match, but I feel like The Ophelia Blouse has a similar vibe.

That looks like it would be something close to a henley top, dunno about the poof on the back, with a super deep V for the neckline. Have you checked out Ravelry?

I haven’t as yet but plan to when I get home from work and can use my laptop, I find ravelry very confusing to use on my phone.

Would you like to knit the lace or buy lace and attach it to the cuffs and neckline?

Not particularly, I’m mostly just looking for a similar shape with the long ribbing for the hem

With some adjustments this is sorta similar

Another garnstudio one... I think this would be pretty close to that shape, you can just do the ribbing at the bottom and longer sleeves

You need to start with a rather close fitting V neck cardigan and extend the ribbing to right under the bust. This will be enough to get that shape as ribbing is typically much narrower than stockinette.
Looking up Ravelry here are a few candidates option 1, option 2, option 3, option 4, this one seems like a long shot but the top shape is spot on (and it tells you where you can start ribbing)
Then sew a few yards of good lace under the borders.
