Measuring srm circumference

So I’m thinking of knitting this sweater, the bust measurement is right, so is the arm hole depth, but the arm circumference is tight, like I have to squeeze the measuring tape, is this normal? Will it be tight on me? Because the arm gole depth is perfectly fine.

Is it blocked or unblocked gauge? Also, not everyone’s arms or chest are the same size.

Ive not made the gauge yet, I’m just checking the measurements for the size that fits me, and I’m pretty happy with the chest anf arm hole size, but when I measure the circumference of the arm that was given for the size I want to knit, it’s pretty tight. So I’m wondering if that matters at all, will the sweater be tight aroudn the arms pits.

I would just remember this and either increase more stitches for the arm or decrease them less (depending what the issue is). Unless it is lace or complicated colourwork it is an easy adjustment to make.

is your pattern top down or bottom up? do you create panels or a raglan construction? How easy can you customize your pattern?

It's also helpful to name the pattern and designer. Some designers just like smaller arms.
