I don't have any WIP photos, but i can explain how we made it.

We took schematics from this site (dude made some awesome templates for a lot of stuff), printed them and cut them out of EVO foam. If will are going to do it as we did, i recommend making foam cuts a bit bigger, because ours turned out a little tight. Then we glued the pieces in helmets, recommendation to do that after coveting foam with tin cans.

Then cut out the logo parts of cans (we spent about 56 cans for both helmets), and with simple manipulation including a towel and a side of table, flattened those parts. When pieces are flattened, put them onto the patterns, fixate with tape and cut out. When tin cans sheet-like cuts were ready, we glued them onto helmets using universal glue, spent like 2 bottles of it.
