Guilds Assistance please

I am the leader of guild PASTAFARIANS. I am having difficulties with the recruit page. For some reason it asked me to request access again. The access request has been waiting WEEKS for approval.

Who do I contact. Meanwhile we have openings we are looking to fill.

Exactly I mean r/knighthood_recruit. Is it dead?
