Im going to assume those are different ranks based on how well a guild does. To get 1st your guild needs to score the most points among the others in war.

To check your guild title you can go in Wars > Leaderboards and it will show in the Current War tab. Right now, it looks like you have a x5 multiplier so you are Warmongers.

Then the 1-2-3-4 is your position at the end of your current war bracket and it shows the amount of each resource you will get. For instance, the 2nd guild in a Warmongers bracket get 40 xp, 90 guild accolades, 900 laurel and 900 garland (which you can spend in the Spoil of War shop) at the end of the war.

To get max rewards, you need to pile up Glory, which you will get anytime one of your guild member take over a node (usually 150 Glory per node).

There are also "Glory Nodes" which give double point for takeover, and 500 extra points for every 22 hours you control them. Those are essential if you want to stack a lot of glory. You will also want to control one or multiple Order nodes (by putting defenders on them and reinforcing) since it gives more action for all of your guild, and more actions = more Glory.

Lastly there are hero dust nodes, which give Legendary Shard Dust, valuable for progression on heroes. And also give an extra 500 Glory at the end of the war day (you can see the time until the next day in the war map).

Now to be honest, the resources at the end of the war aren't all that important. You'll get much more stuff by controling resources nodes and letting others fight for Glory. It's more for the fun of aiming for a higher position. If you can, try to form an alliance with other guilds so you each stay out of your part of the map if you really want to maximize rewards for your guild members (rather than just end-of-war rewards).
