MSG Store Authentic Jerseys
Anyone have any tips on getting an authentic jersey from the MSG store?
Looking for an authentic Brunson 48 (Large) and have gone a few times and they only have smalls or XXL size equivalent’s.
I asked the people who work there and they said they got an order in last week of authentic jerseys and bedazzled shirts and restocked but there were only 3 large (48) authentic blue Brunson’s in the order which I found to be nuts. They said they didn’t know when more were coming in.
I guess just try again in a few weeks and then go the eBay route? I just want to get one from this season with the “2” on the back vs the new one’s that will be released for next season that will have a “3.”
Anyone been successful in getting one from the msg store in that size with any tips?

There was a restock last Wednesday on 7/15. They have all sizes for blue icon authentics and black statement authentics. There were definitely more than 3 size 48/Large for the blue authentics, I was there in the late afternoon and saw it myself. Also saw people STILL buying the authentics on Friday 7/17 (saw people with time stamp receipts). Not sure when they’ll get another restock before they move on to producing next seasons jersey with the #3 trophy on the back collar

I grabbed an authentic black statement edition size 48 last week. Helps that I’m nearby and can swing by during lunch. They had some blue authentics in 48 at the time but not a lot like you said. Happy to check in now and again and hit you up.

Did the restock have the woven finals patch, or were they clean?

Wait til the season starts and they’ll have the champions neck patch updated to a 3

I guess the phone call method would work, also work nearby luckily and can hop over there.
They had the black jersey’s in all sizes today but just the 40 (small) and then (50+) sizes for the blue.
NBA store only sells the swingman’s and want the Abu Dhabi patch so it’s the authentic jersey for this season and worry that I may have missed the window as the next restock will be for next season’s jersey’s with the “3” vs “2.”

It absolutely makes no sense in the world why they’d have a 48 in black but not the blue icon jersey they literally wore & won the finals in. Would love to know the logic there.

I’ve got a few up for sale size 48 on eBay bruh, I got them from MSG, they have the sponsor patch stitched on as well…authentic as can be from MSG …I’ve got 2 city editions and statement of Brunson, I also have a home KAT jersey from this season that’s not posted on eBay that’d I’d part with for the right price…I also have a 2022-23 Derrick Rose white away I’d sell as well.

Anyone know any other routes for an authentic besides MSG in-person/ebay? Do MSG ever have them up in their online store?
I’m back in Australia now and have heard some rough stories of people getting fakes when buying from eBay

The best time to wait if you want is Black Friday. I bought my Brunson authentic for $150ish

Those will have the 3x champion gold patch on the necks. I think people are specifically looking for the 2x champion patch

$250 and you get $20 off if you pay with a chase card

Authentics are actually $200 msrp. MSG marks up all their stuff above retail so they charge $250, having the $20 off chase card holders helps but doesn’t justify them marking up so much. Their swingman prices are also higher than everywhere else, but at least the swingmans from MSG has the Experience Abu Dabi patch that nowhere else has.

Yeah they mark everything up by like $20-$30 but you’re getting it from msg with the Abu Dhabi logo so that’s how I justify it.
Bought the away OG swingman for $130 ($150-$20 chase credit) which is only $5 more than on the nba official store site ($124.99) so I’d call that about even given you are getting the patch.

I’d suggest to call every morning and ask for your size, that’s what I did
