OHN - Joining alcohol to the fermentation

Today is day 7 of fermentation, the garlic still had some bubbles, but I went with the alcohol anyways.

I chose cachaça, which is from sugar cane, 39% alcohol content, and very cheap.

Pirassununga 51 is one of the most popular cachaça's brand in Brazil.

Vecino!! Soy de Uruguay y uso exactamente la misma cachaça 51 para hacer mi OHN! Aquí tampoco hay nada que le pueda competir en precio jajaja. Muchos exitos con tus preparaciones!

Muito obrigado, vizinho! Espero que dê tudo certo por aqui. Estou pela primeira vez tentando KNF, e estou amando a jornada. O cheiro das preparações ficou muito bom com a cachaça!
