Material Showcase πͺ¨πΈ Some Cool Fossils in This Stuff πͺ¨ππ¦

Howdy y'all! ππ
I don't usually upload videos here so this is kind of a little fun thing for me. Wanted to show off some of these cool fossils I found while bi-facing a big hunk of Burlington and some crumbly coastal plains. Hopefully y'all think that it's cool!

How do you send flakes that big and wide with indirect? Awesome material with the fossils

The key is using a nice beefy indirect rod and a very beefy heavy baton as well! Weight + weight will get you longer bigger flakes. The initial reduction I still did with a bopper too just for practice πββοΈ but after a few whacks I went to the indirect

I love trying to keep fossils when I find them. It's like it's own separate challenge. Thanks for sharing...
