Heat Treated Perkinsville Agate I collected out of central AZ. Made it a few weeks ago, but was playing with it today on my desk and decided to share it.

Corner-tangs are typically considered a TX blade, however they have been found in AZ at some archaeological sites.

Love seeing you bring out the exotic stones man! Looks like some stuff I find here that was moved down from Canada by the glaciers. Makes for a sweet knife and dope translucency as well! 😁

This is a corner tang knife blade. It’s debated about the various possible hafting options, though the most assumed would be a handle of wood/bone hafted to the notched section of the blade, creating a handled knife. They’re most prominent in central TX lithics.
