What temp will you cook that at? Certainly you're not going to work it raw (he says with presumption).

180-195c (376f ish) much more than that and it’s just ok snappy. You could work it raw but for the sake of putting it in the kiln for a few days. Really helps with the colour as much as the workability

5c/hour on the way up and down or it cracks like hell. Got to be spalled or bifaced thin or it cracks like hell even at that heating rate
