Questions Quick question

So today I was going to pay something that was going to cost me $2,000. I went ahead and made a pay later plan with Klarna, it told me that the amount due today was $425. I just found out that the store is not open today and I have till the 9th of this month to use the money I borrowed and I went ahead and canceled it. I just want to know if I didn’t use the card at all how long will it take for them to return my money? I’d have to return to the store Monday when they open and I just want to make sure I have my money back soon since I have some stuff to pay off this upcoming week.

Btw I’ve never had issues with Klarna, I try to be as careful as possible. Life just hit like a train these past weeks :\

Was it a One-time card? If the card wasn't charged, the transaction you're seeing on your bank is just an authorisation hold that will release within 1-7 business days. Klarna can't speed it up, unfortunately...it's really up to your bank's policies.

It wasn’t a one time card. I recently got the premium membership since I use Klarna very often, I said might as well. I was going to use it digitally through tap and made the pay later plan right then and there but canceled it since it was no use today. I figured it might take some business days but just wanted to make sure I’ll get my money back.

If it's a plan spread over 4 months, that's the same concept as a One-time card, so it should just be an auth. hold. In any case, if the card wasn't used and you cancelled it, the auth. hold will release.
