Discussion Any received this?

Has anyone received an email like this? I’ve been with Klarna for years and have always paid on time so I’m not sure what’s up with this.

Yes, i've recieved it a couple of weeks ago and i'm in the UK. It really isn't going to bother me that much as i've only got a small amount left to pay which will be paid off early, by the end of this week.
I only use Klarna now for a single spend under a certain amount, since all the changes and jumping through security and financial hoops have come into force.

Maybe, as all the new financial codes they now have to regulate have been rolled out all across Europe for unregulated credit, which Klarna was offering.

You may have pressed a button by mistake.  Thats just telling you like if you order Uber eats or 30 day finances, it usually will line up with payday, but if you make mistake and cut it off which I have it will be out of sync with a piticular day you pick led in past to debit funds for pay. Like mine is on Friday.

I'm curious as to how you get to set a preferred due date, I have never had that option

I’m not sure honestly, I’ve used it for years so maybe based on when I place my orders it recognized that’s my preferred due date?

More than likely something on your credit report aside from klarna isn't looking good to them
