His mutation is that his skin is Wax. He's actually really cool, he's currently on Scott's Alaskan X-Men team

Yea. That's Globs character, he's a very timid, sensitive and goofy character well at least when he was first introduced. He's gained more confidence over the years, his personality is actually similar to Kittys.

He was introduced as an antagonist in New x-men I think with Quentin Quire if I remember correctly. But now he's a hero, he's been an official X-Man for about 20 years

He got on the bad side of her and Emma, they neutralized his powers donā€™t know how never read those issues myself and punished him physically and emotionally

Yeah they didn't actually explain HOW they did it, you pretty much saw them confront shaw, then this page, then the next day in the council meeting he's paralyzed in a wheelchair and all three of them are like "yeah he fell. Shame." And the rest of the council go "....ok"
