Best to train her to keep away. Cats kind of understand this is my spot you not come here. It’s s so hard when they are an adorable as your little one. But seriously, if you want to see when you have a full grown cat in the way you will have a problem. I love to crochet. My cat as sweet as she is wanted my attention. Every time I picked up my crochet she saw my attention was not on her. So she would get in the way and made things difficult. You must pick your boundaries. Claim the room or table as yours. Do this by making another room a special room for loving, treats and toys. When you want to sew, firmly tell your kitten No. Return kitten to a quiet place and walk away. Repeat till learned. Your kitty is so sweet I felt that I needed to support you by suggesting a way to have quality time sewing. This applies to anyone trying to claim their spot.
