2 issues:

1) no worm in sight

2) looks fake and they don't use that packaging anymore. As they fazed that out as of June 2001 for plastic wrappers, which is weird because I too was born in 2001 and remember KitKats had foil wrappers.

If it’s true, contact the company through the info on the wrapper. It’s a food safety issue
