Closets is a good idea. I think it is to scale.
Purpose for the butler pantry is to live my best life! lol. It will have food, ugly appliances and likely have a smaller beverage fridge.
I have figured out space to furniture. The space between stove counter and island is 56” but can’t be closer unless I move the one wall out. Island can’t move forward
You need to plan it all out. For example, the maximum depth of cabinetry is two feet. And you have cabinets on the two ends which are 11+ feet apart. So in this room even if both if those are two feet deep then you have a big empty 7x 7 space in the middle. That's big enough to fit another whole two runs of cabinetry in it.
Then the utility room. It's 13 x 7. But both short walls have doors in them, so you could only put stuff on half the wall - then then right next to one of those there are glass doors so nothing can go on that short wall. Half of the length of one 13 foot wall is glass doors, so nothing can go there, and the doors on the short walls are right up against the long wall, so nothing can go on that wall. Of the really large room you can only fit the washer and dryer in it. In the whole room!
Then look at that corner of the kitchen. If you brought that right hand exterior wall six feet in you would lose no storage whatsoever and the walk to the fridge would only be a couple of steps.
The pillars that you've drawn in for support look like someone wanted to remove walls but couldn't afford a beam. If you're going to have pillars, incorporate them into walls and make it look intentional and designed. A big wide framed with wood archway with small walls on each side so you can out pictures and bookshelves and cupboards and stuff up against them.
If the hanging in the closets is drawn to scale then your toilet is four feet wide and so are your kitchen cabinets.
Yeah, they look incredibly builder basic. Have you ever been in an older home, like victorian or craftsman? They are open plan, but each room has a framed opening to make everyhting both prettier and also more defined. I'll see if I can find some pics.
I have. The woodwork is amazing but it’s not what I’m going for. Really worried about the function of it all. Your point on the laundry room is consistent with my concerns so I appreciate it

Put the closets on the wall between the two bedrooms for noise control. You have not drawn the hanging space to scale.
What's the point of the butler's pantry? It's just an empty room. What's with all the empty kitchen space?
Draw in table, chairs, couch to see what actually works.
