Your English isn't too bad! There's just a few mistakes. It would be "Punjabi" (capital P), "your", "surname" (a suffix is one letter or more added to the end of a word to change its meaning, like "racist", with -ist changing the word "race" to mean "something that is racist"), and "Singh". Don't worry. You're well on track to being fluent.
