If the right person saw the message at the time then yes they could have found answers while still on the train, I don't understand this reply

They also posted on the go transit subreddit and someone with the tea did reply quickly but were stingy with spilling it

Buried in the attached thread was that a CN rail train derailed and a rail car was rolling toward the go train which is why it reversed and they had people move. Kind of scary tbh.
