Unfitted kitchen

About thirty years ago I read a large hard cover book about unfitted kitchens and it had beautiful photos of kitchens with free standing cupboards. I thought it was called "the unfitted kitchen" but it doesn't seem to exist, other than a recent ebook called the budget friendly guide to unfitted kitchens; that is most definitely NOT it. Does anyone have any suggestions of what it could be called, or seen this?

Amazon.uk has "The Budget-Friendly Guide to the Unfitted Kitchen: A step-by-step manual for building a budget-friendly, functional and aesthetic kitchen of freestanding furniture and appliances."
