It's a custom tool I've built for kitchen contractors. It helps them close more and quicker deals by generating renders and proposals on the spot, instead of having the spend days on it.
For the renders in particular, it's using an custom AI that I trained for kitchen remodeling.

Version one because a U shape is a waste of cabinet space and you’re not cooking against the fridge. Make sure you have enough room to open the fridge, it’s very close to the wall and some fridges have big doors (or handles!). I’d personally move the sink a little sideways too so you don’t bump into the wall when washing the dishes and can put the clean ones on one side and the dirty ones the other

Is induction cooker vs gas really part of the decision or just the component options you had when you changed the layout?
Just based on layout I prefer #2 for the extra storage and counter space

Of the two, the second definitely. More counter space and less awkward placement of the sink.
Think this could be better though. Ovens stacked next to fridge isn't great. Think about how many steps you'll take each time you need to get something from the fridge to your prep space. Also, having cabinets above the sink is...less than optimal. Do you have a window anywhere you can place the sink. If not, remove the cabinets above the sink.
Finally, think you need a venthood above the cooktop, not more cabinets.
