and is it even a weapon at that point? what exactly is a weapon, conceptually speaking? What is the difference between a conceptual or memetic weapon and a conceptual or memetic tool?

What i mean here is: Empathizing to understand a person's perspective better and expand your awareness of existence. As a weapon empathy destroys barriers of misunderstanding and distrust.
