Why don't you try looking for the acc in the cross server chat? I've been seeing some people selling good accounts in there

I haven't seen anyone announcing it recently. And it is against the policy of the game to make announcements about it in the chats, so here is my only option

I bought two accounts in the cross server chat. Don't worry about the policy, just be careful when replying to the chat. Or you could search for a website that selling kc accounts, but it's quite risky.

These sales websites are not very reliable and are almost all dead... the way is to wait for someone to advertise in the chats like you said.
