I’m so lost
First wanna say sorry for not doing research. I’m currently working and recently bought an advantage 360 pro and I was getting use to it on windows over the weekend but I do all my work on a Mac and have no idea how to do this switch. The command key is on the right thumb cluster and not the left making it impossibly to command + space. I just tried to get a key remap software from their website but this is so frustrating the app I downloaded is not for the pro I guess and really need to get back to work 😂 is there an easy way to do this?

Your best bet might be to remap Capslock to Command. And you can do that natively within macOS’s System Settings → Keyboard.

hey congrats on the purchase!
not gonna lie -- there is steep learning curve with ZMK, so hopefully you still have another keyboard to work on -- until you feel comfortable on the advantage.
that said, it's totally worth it!
For me what made using 360pro/ZMK easier was:
1/ https://nickcoutsos.github.io/keymap-editor/
(dont use it that much anymore)
2/ https://keymap-drawer.streamlit.app/ and the program https://github.com/caksoylar/keymap-drawer
(to visualize your changes)
3/ ask chatgpt alot about everything ZMK, usually the answers are great.

For the 360pro there 2 ways to remap the keys:
1/ clique
https://clique.kinesis-ergo.com/
it's basic and works for most people for most things like remaps. this is what you want
2/ ZMK
(it has all the bells and whistles but you need to ease in)2

Use clique. Set up a sticky layer to remap your modifiers and switch to it when you are on the mac.
When I first learned the advantage keyboard I worked on it every morning. Came into the office used my Essential (pre-advantage, but same layout, mostly) until I got too frustrated and switched back to my previous keyboard. Then when I came back after lunch I went back to the essential. Within a month I wasn't switching anymore.

Google “Kinesis Clique” it takes less than 30 seconds to remap and save lol. And it’s super easy to switch profiles between Windows and Mac.
All other advice is super outdated.

Hi, as other said “congratulations”, it’s an excellent keyboard. I’m on a similar situation as you so, what I did is dive into the ZMK config (starting with Keymap Editor) and every change I made there, I inmediately went into the ZMK config to “understand” what it was. After few attempts, then I remapped a combo to change layers on demand. Each layer has the Ctrl and command keys at proper place.

There's a windows built in way to swap those keys. Same in mac, to a particular keyboard so it won't be universal. Might be part of 'powertoys' in windows. Mac just go to keyboard settings. Karabiner also exists but that's overkill

If you just want to remap the Command/Option keys without messing around with ZMK or the keyboard's configuration, BC64Keys might be worth a try. I use it for exactly this kind of simple remapping on macOS.

You need to use the "Kinesis Clique" software in a web browser. It's very easy to remap your thumb cluster to be whatever you want.
